Complaints

Before accepting a package, always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the consignment, and then contact us by e-mail.

If the purchased item has manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the below procedure complaint:

  1. Send us a product that you want to return, by attaching to it a written statement in which you describe the specific reasons for the complaint of the product, a form of compensation, as well as the return address and account number for the refund (depending taken by the store decision).
  2. Within 14 days of receipt we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of the outcome result.
  3. If the complaint will be approved, within 7 working days from the date of the decision, we will compensate the costs incurred by you by: repairing your product, receive a new copy of the product or a refund.
  4. If the complaint is found to be unjustified, we will give you a detailed justification for the decision and within 14 days we will send at our expense product.

Return of products

Under the current rules, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of ordered goods, you have the right to its return without giving reasons. This only applies to consumer sales, and therefore applies only to person who is purchasing for the purpose unrelated to the activities of professional or commercial activity.

The returned product can not bear traces of use - every element must be complete and pre-packed goods supplied in the original packaging intact. In the case of non-compliance with this condition, the product will not be accepted .

If you wish to return the product:

  1. Send the purchased product in undamaged condition and in original packaging with all its contents.
  2. Attach to the shipment a written statement in which you include the reason to return the product, as well as the account number, which will be sent a refund.
  3. Within 3 working days of receipt of your shipment, we check the status of the returned product (no signs of use, whether it has been damaged or destroyed, or is in the original packaging with all its contents)
  4. If everything will be ok we will send the information about accepting the return of the product. On the attached account number within 7 days the refund will be made.

If your return product will be rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), you will get the e-mail to the specified e-mail address information not to accept the return of the product. Within 7 working days to the indicated return address we will send the product, covering the cost of shipping.
